760110Sa St Gallen (Switzerland: Station taxi rank, a trolleybus, and a postbus rhs.
Low-light fuzzy, and then cropped to make it worse. I made this for a bus group, showing another chassis in the distinctive yellow & white scheme, but does stand out in grubby grey light, typical of winter in the valleys.

760129Th London (England, UK): A line of traditional UK taxis in front of King's Cross Station. (Roderick Smith).

Earlier in this thread there should be an article on an attempt to introduce this style in Australia (but white, not black).

I was planning to crop to just the taxis, but then there is a glimpse of a double-deck bus, and two minibuses, so have the tram in the middle too.

After viewing a tv documentary showing how young Sowetans could take a car's wheels off within 6 seconds without any fancy equipment, Ferrari Formula 1 racing team fired its whole pit crew to employ a few young guys from Soweto. The decision was soon regretted: the young men not only changed the wheels within 6 seconds, but 12 seconds later the car had been resprayed and sold to the McLaren team.
Ferrari was still eager to compete in the race, and decided to race a Sowetan minibus taxi complete with an experienced unlicensed driver and fare collector. It won the race with ease, since the minibus weaved it's way through the start grid, set off before the lights changed and didn't bother to change the tyres when they wore out. It also took all corners at maximum speed, as the brakes were non-existent. On the way to victory, the new team also managed to hijack several competitors' cars, and picked up 35 passengers at spots such as blind rises and in chicanes.
