Swishy, the egg carton look on the floor is a mild steel floor,as you probobly know,it wasn`t until about 10 years ago everyone started to use bisalloy or Hardox high tensile gear, and back then it was an option.I think I built 2 or 3 big trays with 350 grade (which isn`t that much better than mild steel) fllors, after that it`s been all Hardox or Bisalloy and they look good forever. The tray on your F model must be pretty heavy, our`s go 4.5 t roughly, for the tray.

Cam,

That Quantum is a nice truck - Hendrickson airbag suspension on all axles (Parasteer on steer, HAS400/460/461 on the drive and HAS200/230 on the tag)!

These are a couple of pics with my tilt tray and small tractor on it.
It is an International N1650 or for you purests out there a Ugly Duck rebadged. It has about 800,000K's on the clock tares at 5.5 tonne which gives me a 4 tonne capacity.
I use it to cart this tractor and a larger cab tractor around for my slashing work. In my spare time i do some general cartage with it, but as my peek period for slashing is from Sept/Jan i can normally only do cartage in the off season.

Hi Trevor,I bought an N1650 in about 96 or 97 extended the wheelbase and made a tilt tray for it.It was about the third tilttray I built. It was an ex Newspaper truck and went like a sharp stick. The tray has now been on 3 trucks. This is the only pic I`ve got of it.It`s a cherry picker chained to it.
