Here is a link to Norm Darwin's PHD Thesis on the Australian Auto Industry from day one. Many of you will know Norm as the author of many Australian car history books such as the History of Holdens and History of Ford Australia plus many others.
Like all PHD thesis this is very long and detailed but it stands as the most complete source for anything to do with the development and design of the hundreds of Australian manufacturers, assemblers and builders.
