There have been a lot of nicknames put up on this topic, so I will give you one I have been hesitant to write because it is not "politically correct" and may offend some people. I apologise in advance if it does offend. It is probably not true, anyway.

Three men were talking and as they were leaving, one said "see you later Jim, see you later donkey"
Jim asked "Why does he call you donkey?"
The other man replied with his usual stutter:-

I, I, I dunno
but, but
'ee aw. 'ee aw, ''ee aw, 'ee aw ways calls me that!

I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,

Now I find I can't do any work in this position!

The Princess (my wife) often called her Dad "Fonly" especially after cricket, hunting, fishing or footy

"If only they did this" or "If only they done that"

I would laugh my head off listenning to them play fonly

Drought-Breaker. A rather unflattering nick name a young lady had when she was driving for Kumuka Overland. She even had T-shirts printed with "Drought-Breaker" emblazoned on them to to advertise her services. Never did learn her christian name and never did succumb to her services- big girl- had no trouble busting 14-00 x 20's off the rim.
