VB! Don't let those Victorians lead you astray and settle for second rate beer. ;)

They still make that stuff? Last time I saw Boags was during the infamous XXXX strike of 74~75. We also got some other strange brews, such as Cascade, Southwark and West End.
Coincidentally, within days of the completed upgrades at Milton, the strike was settled.

I will have to blame the V B on my friend Ron Kirk.. Although I drank some XXXX and other brews while I was Down Under.

Export only? I used to prefer Fosters Lager until they changed the taste about forty years ago. Now, when I drink beer (which is only in hot weather) I prefer Cascade, and the low alchohol cheapie from Aldi, Storm.

I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,

Now I find I can't do any work in this position!

Dan Murphy's/BWS have Fosters readily available.

All this parochial beer stuff is a bit yobbish. There is no bad beer only good beer and better beer.
