Colin HD I agree with wee-allis we need to know. I cannot see provision for a radiator, so is it rear engined? air cooled? Volkswagon? Is that tube at right rear an aircraft-type air speed indicator?

Come on, spill the beans, tell us all about it or we will all want one!

I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,

Now I find I can't do any work in this position!

Didn't want to contaminate this fine site with one of those 'Hotrod' things and get thrown off!
Only been here 5 minutes!
Standard VW Beetle floorpan
Made a wooden frame
Shape body using Wall Plaster/Vermiculite (30/70) - make it lightweight
Cover in fibreglass
Turn over and knock out the plaster
Finish the 'outside' of the plaster

Morris the 'vents' were designed to cool the VW engine, but ended up being too far forward.
So I put indicators in there instead!

Made the rear lens with the casting resin, in a length of plastic guttering.
Ran a piece of chrome tube, sort of rebar style.
Dropped in some red food coloring.
Full length LED strip light behind.

Car was fully Street legal, with a little poetic license.
Sold to a car collector in Holland.

Colin, you are one very talented but also one very sick puppy to design something like that. I love it!
Steve.
