The 1,490th day of the Ukrainian people’s war against the russian fascists.
Yesterday, russian fascist drones attacked my city. An energy infrastructure facility and an administrative building next to a children’s hospital were hit; the explosion sent debris flying, and the sick children were very frightened. To ensure our children do not suffer, we must support our military even more, so that they can effectively destroy the russian killers. That is why yesterday and today I worked actively at the volunteer headquarters and out in the field, loading supplies for our defenders.
 
 
 
 
 

It is the 1,493rd day of the Ukrainian people’s war against the russian fascists. I haven’t written anything for a few days because I’ve been very busy at university and at the volunteer headquarters.
There is no good news.
russian fascists continue to kill innocent Ukrainians and bomb peaceful Ukrainian cities. Today, the city of Odessa was at the epicentre of the russian barbarians’ attack. As a result of the attack by these russian monsters, two innocent Ukrainians were killed and twelve were wounded. The war continues and is gathering pace!

Last night, russian scum launched an attack using a ‘Kinzhal’ aeroballistic missile and 442 strike UAVs of the Shahed, Gerber, Italmas and other types, around 300 of which were ‘Shaheds’.
Air defences shot down 380 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerber, Italmas and other types.
Hits by 16 strike UAVs were recorded at 7 locations, as well as the fall of downed UAVs (debris) at 14 locations.
A thirteen-year-old girl was killed as a result of this attack by russian killers.

Last night, russian scum attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M ballistic missile, as well as 164 strike UAVs of the Shahed, Gerber, Italmas and other types, around 90 of which were ‘Shaheds’.
Air defences shot down or neutralised 150 enemy UAVs.
A ballistic missile strike and 12 attack UAVs were recorded at 7 locations, and the fall of downed debris was recorded at 2 locations.
During the day, the air raid siren sounded four times in my city.
Combat activity on the front line has intensified, because Trump’s lifting of sanctions against russian oil has given the russian fascists more funds to continue the war! Furthermore, the war in iran has severely diverted our partners’ attention away from putting pressure on fascist russia.

russian fascists continue their inhumane tactic of follow-up strikes. The essence of the russian monsters’ cruelty lies in the fact that after their drone strikes a target for the first time, they wait until Ukrainian rescue workers arrive at the scene of the explosion, and then the russian monsters launch a follow-up strike that increases the number of casualties.
I have long ceased to be surprised by the wickedness of the russian fascists, but I would very much like our partners to stop naively expecting humanity from them. russian barbarians understand only force and hunger; for them, civilised diplomacy is merely a means of stalling for time to build up their strength to continue the bloody war and genocide.

Yesterday, six-year-old Yevheniia died in hospital; her older sister had shielded her with her own body during an attack by russian forces.
Her parents lost both their daughters as a result of the russian strike on the Sumy region.
Doctors fought to save Yevheniia’s life for several days, but her injuries proved fatal.
Meanwhile, a russian gymnast turned away during the performance of the Ukrainian national anthem following the victory of Ukrainian athlete Taisiia Onofriichuk.
In doing so, the russian gymnast sofia literyakova violated ethical standards, protocols and the principles of Fair Play. This act was not a personal gesture, but a manifestation of the aggressor state’s general national ideology. Turning one’s back on the Ukrainian flag in the midst of an ongoing war is an act of political hostility. Perhaps the members of the olympic Committee will have enough conscience to admit that sport is not separate from politics, which is the pretext they use when inviting fascists to participate in competitions.

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has described the actions of Trump and Orbán, along with the threat of NATO’s collapse, as “putin’s dream plan” – and explained why.
“The threat of NATO’s collapse, the easing of sanctions against russia, a massive energy crisis in Europe, the cessation of aid to Ukraine and orbán’s blocking of a loan for Kyiv – all of this is putin’s dream plan,” Tusk stated.
This is an obvious fact; it is a pity that, of all our partners, only the Polish Prime Minister has the courage to say so.
Meanwhile, russian fascists continue to bomb peaceful cities in Ukraine (the aftermath of the shelling is shown in the photo).
 
 
 
 

Yesterday marked 1,500 days since the start of russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine.
What was supposed to be ‘KYIV IN 3 DAYS’ has turned into 1,500 DAYS of resistance and resilience.
What was supposed to be a swift victory has turned into a protracted and costly defeat for moscow.
Ukraine continues to fight for its land, its freedom and the future of Europe. It is still standing strong.
Today marks the anniversary of a great tragedy. On 4 April 2025, in the city of Kryvyi Rih, a rocket struck right next to a children’s playground. It was a day when there were many children at the playground.
During the explosion, nine-year-old Herman Tripolets was on a swing. It was there that he suffered a serious head injury from shrapnel. He was taken to hospital, but, sadly, he could not be saved…
A great many people died that day — around 20, including 9 children. There were also many injured.
After the tragedy, people began bringing toys and flowers to the playground. A memorial to the children has effectively sprung up there — an incredible number of flowers and toys, serving as a reminder of the cost of war.
russian monsters continue to kill innocent Ukrainians. Today, russian fascists struck a market in the city of Nikopol: 5 people were killed and another 19 were injured.
Among the injured is a 14-year-old girl: she was hospitalised in a critical condition.
War takes not only soldiers. It takes innocent children and civilians.
Let us remember this.
I didn’t have time to post yesterday because I was so busy. We must support our soldiers every day, as the war will be a long one, lasting at least until 2030.
