Sales are down right across board. Stellantis is FIAT. Nissan/Renault/Mitsubishi are actually under one umbrella making them 4th biggest. All that huge list of Chinese companies we have never heard of have taken Chinese buyers away from the western companies. Worst affected is Stellantis (down 22%)  and GM (down 15%) but all have been hit hard by loss of internal Chinese sales.

This is the percentage for heavy trucks worldwide for 2023. Most of these manufacturers have sub-brands. Of course most are owned by the car companies listed above. Daimler own not only Mercedes Trucks but Western Star, Freightliner and Detroit Engines. Mitsubishi and Toyota (who own Hino) are both major shareholders in Isuzu. Volvo is the biggest badged heavy truck seller.

IVECO (FIAT Agnelli family at the end of a line of subsidiary companies) is the winner for 2024 with sales increasing 26% passing MAN. If mid size trucks are counted we see players like Toyota coming to the fore and IVECO with the universal best seller "Daily" range.
