Id say its a Harman ED  of WW2 vintage .....or a maybe 1930s......too big for a 16D ,which was the size down.from ther E and ED

Looks like a very lightweight boom. Is it just the photo or is the boom bent?

The only photos I can find of draglines with one dimensional booms are really early ones pre 1920. Even then their single plane booms are made of large I-beams giving bending strength. That one looks very weak particularly on a drag-line which has loads pulling from every conceivable angle unlike a nicely controlled normal crane.

In the photo set before this you can see the normal boom construction.

Even these old timers from the WW1 period with one dimension booms have very large I-beam construction. Hard to find photos of this style beyond the 30's.On the bottom one you can see the bracing is both top and bottom of the I-beam creating a box section.
