The reason I ask is that if for any reason they've cracked it with you in the past, they'll have your email address and/or your your computer's IP (address) stored so if/when anything pops up with those details, they'll reject that application.
Mind you, Rod can't be as bad as you so it might be a glitch that is rejecting everything...
