LN 700, I doubt that was BK.
I started my apprenticeship at Denmac in 1980, I can't remember exactly when the pie van was gone, but I would have thought by the mid 80's. Used to get smoko there every day.
Was good tucker from my memory too.

Cam is right, it wasn't me, we just worked here (Beaudesert), that was enough. I still do mushy peas sometimes when we have s/rolls or a pie for tea.

This Toyota vendor van and trailer were at Goolwa over Sat.23-Sun.24.2 for Wooden Boat Festival.
The trailer stayed on the wharf side of the railway; the van may have been serving on the inland side (the entertainment zone).
The numberplate AGOGO-2 hints that there is also a -1.
The company is based in Blackwood (SA), and doesn't have a website.

This is another interesting one from Goolwa.
It was one of (ten?) built for Perth, for a free city circuit.
Some/all then were based at Adelaide airport.
This company has three or four. The one at Goolwa was the first to be modified; another is being modified; another is being used for spare parts.
It is a Scania DAB, built in Silkeborg (Denmark).

Two from the weekend's wonderful rallies: Clunes and Scoresby. How honest, calling the product soft-serve rather than icecream: I don't know how much is of dairy origin, and how much is seaweed extract.

Wellington (SA): An enterprising gelati vendor trades during the short punt crossing of Murray River. Sun.5.10.08. (Roderick Smith)
I don't know if he was on a transfer run, or if he spent the day there: U turning after each crossing, and selling to queued cars, then while crossing again.

From another poster, in a different thread: 'Bigger back home in Texass'.
To shorten a lengthy joke: Everywhere I took a visiting friend and showed him our Australian sights, history and trucks he commented: 'We haave 'em bigger than thaat baack hoame in Texass'.
At last, we saw a kangaroo: 'Mah god mahn, whaat's thaat?'.
I replied: 'A grasshopper'.
