Recent builds. was created by Birt48
Transtar Eagle2 rigid with stock crate and three axle dog trailer.
This one has been converted to rhd including the steering and gear stick/mount. The GM was replaced with a Cummins. Spider wheels from an ERTL S/Line. The flat tops are modified ERTL extendable trailer tops. The trailer chassis is also a modified extendable frame. The stock crates are scratch built using Evergreen kit.

Hi,
ya, me too to all of the above, welcome.
I don't come here much but I pinched a pic of the side gates as a 'how to' idea if I ever get my full size model going.

Great work on both Transtars, 4070 and 4300 they are still very dear to me I had both of them many years ago and what a great truck they were, well done.

Goodness I think I had a bit of old timers, when the fork lift ran over me and busted my leg in the 70,s you may have driven the 4070 with a little badge to show to uniform persons and they would tell you to move on!!!!. I may be wrong and admit if I am, !!
