Hi from Adelaide was created by Chris Mc
Just joined, love your work. I would like to show you one of the 1/14 RC trucks I have built. Being Historic Commercial Vehicle club I thought I should start off with my oldest truck, the Ford.
Hills Hoist lines to Sydney, Victor lawn mowers back.
The good old days ;)

That photo certainly shows the model off very well!

There was 3 trucks built for the movie. One was destroyed in the end of the movie, one was changed and used in several other movies and the last one was used in making the extra "Movie" bits when they turned it into a longer movie. (it first came out as a tele movie)

My model is 1/14 scale and is Radio Controlled, it has a 3 speed gear box in both forward and reverse, it was a lot of fun to build and is based on the original truck that stared in the movie (all 3 were different to each other :o)
