Happen to see a Dennis Eagle dustcart or whatever they are called over here in Frankston yesterday. Is there a Dennis production line over here in Aus or would it had been imported as a chassis/cab from the UK please?
Thanks

There is a factory in Bundaberg fitting the garbage truck bodies to the Dennis Eagle chassis as well a range of other chasis. It in the old Toft cane harvester factory.

That factory you talk of is Superior PAK, owned by the same company that used to own Western Star and MAN distribution here in Australia - it made good business sense to keep it all in the family.
Superior PAK's biggest customer is Cleanaway, also owned by that same organisation.
