New bonnetted KW was created by Southbound
As my yard is near where the Bayswater Bangers are built Ive seen some new jiggers being test driven. They are setting up a big MF of a marquee out front so guessing they are having an official launch soon?

I'd rather have tools that I don't need, than not have the tools I do need.

OLD MODELS SWISHY !!!! .. they could have had Ed's first 1962 S model if only they wanted.

...It was the one that was there at Bayswater for the turning of the sod in 1969...and even though she's not a patch on her former pretty self, the scars and mods tell a tale of a long lifetime of hard work.

...could of driven it out there for all to see...(still with its original 1962 6V71 !)

...funny you mention that Swishy .. the very last Seattle builds were put together out at the new plant in Bayswater in 1971...not to mention the 20 odd Kansas built CKD 400 series (Australian) trial trucks... nailed together over there, knocked down...and re- assembled in the new plant prior to OUR first real local manufacture.

...All up though, I wish them the best with their new models coming through. B)

I think you'll find It's called the T610..

There's been a couple of prototypes out & about the last few months.
Both Lindsay transport & Booths have one..
