Tilt Trailer was created by bigcam
We finished the first Tilt Trailer a couple of weeks ago, then did the hydraulic fit up and turntable to the Prime Mover. I took it up to the owner in Mackay, then went on to Townsville for a little holiday. Caught up with Paul 404 breifly the other afternoon in Rocky, and it's about the fastest that caravan has ever been.

Swishy, it's the same hieght as most trailers, about 1500 off the ground, no worries with containers at all, it's had a couple on it last week. That trailer tare's at 9.6, though the next one might be a touch lighter, it's legal with about 21 t behind the KW, anymore than that and it's getting a bit much for tilting and sliding and should probobly go on a float anyway.

Wheels don't move on that one Ron, don't worry, there is a few running around before I built this one. In the transport industry it's pretty common for people to copy things, I just tried refining the idea a bit. If no one copied anyone else there would only be one 48' trailer in Australia.
