Eastlink speed cameras

An interesting case here with a copper being booked in a police car that has the speedo recently calibrated. see www.heraldsun.com.au/news/victoria/hope-...frf7kx-1226018034109

I think the court should deal with this case ASAP as there are two possible outcomes.
A - The camera is faulty and thousands of fines have been incorrectly issued :-[ :-[
B - The speedo in the cop car is faulty and any tickets issued based on this are questionable :-[ :-[
Many other drivers are contesting fines issued by this particular camera.
