id say some would have (i even remember a few air cooled prime movers on our roads) ..in 1969 deutz merged with fahr..so im guessing that tractor in the pic is a oldie

I saw one on the HCVC trip up to Colac, it was a 1951 model, two cylinder air cooled job about 30hp
