if you were going about this how would you mount the compressor? fabricate a bracket and run it off the fan belt?
Ive never played with any air brakes so not sure what im doing and any advise will be greatly appreciated

Probably easiest.A lot of cranes had a compressor out the front, and needed a hole thru the radiator.Where is your hydraulic pump.Motor or on the back of the gearbox. You probably need a yard full of junk, mine is rapidly going for scrap,by request of the city council.

Pump runs off the crank under the radiator, its a tandem with some very "interesting" aftermarket plumbing...
What grounds do the council have to say you cant have "junk"?
Always a sad day when something goes to sims when it still has a use, but as Ive heard you say before, scrappies come when they say and don't muck you about...
Ive slowly amassed a grave yard of old gear down the back paddock that is always good for a look when I want to make something.
