I'd rather have tools that I don't need, than not have the tools I do need.

I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,
Now I find I can't do any work in this position!

Yep, I saw it outside the pub in Yea last Thursday. Mate and I reckoned that if it was painted in an original colour, it would be great, even though the steering wheel is on the wrong side.

It would look good repainted Morris, although I prefer it as it is. Reminds me of a sticker I saw on Old Mate's car at Yarra Glen!

These are fine if you like that sort of thing but why leave the badges on it and pretend it is still what it used to be? Why not call it by your name, a John Doe, a Wankmobile or whatever?
Restorers try to restore things back to original, if they need it, so the sticker about saving from the restorers is just trying to get back to restorers saying "another one saved from the hot rodders, street rodders, rat rodders, scrap dealers" etc.

The EH is nice but why do people insist on leaving the early seat belt bolts showing?
Little effort to weld in the correct plates in the pillar so the bolts disappear.
Much easier than getting the V8 in there.

I'm happy to see them restored faithfully and to see them rodded. NOT happy to see them go to China in any form, so the first 2 option2 are both good.
