JCB Backhoes

hi all looks like im getting the use of a JCB 3CX 1997 backhoe..its done a lot of hours (18500) but its been a one owner well serviced tractor,also its 4wd 4 in 1 bucket etc .. will be using it to dam off some gullys push some roads in on a very hilly property. . id rather a dozer but i think a more modern backhoe will probably be capable of doing more jobs even digging a hole to put a septic tank in,house foundations etc
