Couldn't help but noticing some pencil drawings by famed wartime illustrator, Ivor Hele.
Anyone who has ever seen his work would have had to admire it, my late father had many books he bought home from the war, which featured Ivor's work, "Soldiering On", "Khaki & Green" "Stand Easy" ,"Active Service" among them.
A lot of his work was featured in the old War Museum in Canberra, I have not visited the new one, but would imagine it would have been transferred there.
A remarkable talent and along with Damien Parer, held in very high esteem by so many Australians!
