The cookies or persistant session data that is causing these issue are held within your Browser so using another device or another brand of Browser should always work as it will have its own storage.

Changed browser and seems to have cured the problem.
Thanks, Dave

If you download for free something like CCleaner (you don't need the paid extras they offer) it will not only get rid of thousands of cookies and other secret trackers but speed your computer up. As Swishy says it will remove your saved passwords (not email passwords) so you will have to re-enter these on your next log-in but you can click the CCleaner box to not remove them in the future.
Several of my friends in professional IT businesses use CCleaner daily and I have for years - makes a big difference in speed.

I turned updates off a while ago, cause mine is too old to work on latest security update = no problems logging in.
Maybe roll back last computer update? We can't be the only ones with this problem. Often they fix it fairly quickly and the next update is OK.
Jarrod.

Hi,
wasn't having sleepless nights because of this issue and I didn't actually do anything either, but I did notice I had to login yesterday also and wondered if the issue might have gone away for some of you.
I suspect the issue was time/date related and whatever had to expire did so as it is 31 days since the problem started on the 8th July.
