These trucks are quite rare, even in America. Wesfarmers were the Nash importers here in WA with about five being bought. The bonnet and guards with a spacer for extra width are from the 1948 car, unsure about the cab although Nash had their own body works, formerly Seaman.
I now regret not getting one that was on our neighbours farm because it was without the original six cylinder 234.8 cu inch 104 HP engine however a Rambler Car Club member now has it.

Very Nice Old Truck Megan.. I've No idea What a fair asking price would be..!!
I'd suggest advertising It in the VTCM Magazine (It's Free) & see what type of enquiry you Get..

www.vtcmagazine.net.au/

It deserves a Good Home...

As Seed said, a very nice truck, should have no trouble finding a home I would think

No idea at all what its worth, would think between $2000, - $15000 but have no idea at

Been reasonably rare may work for it or against it as it may not be very collectable

Best of luck with it
There was one on the Mack truck forum in the US of A for sale
It didn't have a price but have asked and see what happens as it will give you a idea of were to start

Do we know any history of the truck? I know of one that operated in the Huon Valley in the 50s... Wonder if it's the same truck

Thanks for your responses everyone, apparently it was built in Launceston and it used to be an apple carting truck. I will try VTCM :)

Members of the Nash Car Club of America have informed me that just under 5000 of these trucks were manufactured in the years '47 to '54.
They were similar in size to the short wheelbase AL160 International.

Well if that's the case (pun intended) I reckon it was the R E Palmer truck... Only one I know that carted apples... Have a photo of it back in the day that I'll post up soon... I reckon Barry Palmer might be interested in it... His father bought it new
