Hi am wondering if you can help me please I am asking for a friend, he has a ford d series 0607 custom can and he is looking for dash board and we're
can he get floor mats as well please?

Do You Need to whole Dash Board? or just Instrument Binnacle?

Try Clarke Rubber (or Similar) for the Floor Mat material..

If you have "The Reject Shop" in your area, have a look there. I saw rubber matting that had almost a chequerboard pattern there last Saturday.
