G'day fellas ,thanks for the comments. I imported the cab from arizonia usa 3g landed here but that was 6 years ago ,I had to replace the the roof because someone had jumped on it to fit in the container ,don't you just love the intelligent d/h's of the world .I fitted a new roof ,repaired the damage to the rear bulkhead and converted it to aus spec ie fitted all the reinforcing plates to the cab mounts and floor ,I had a donor cab for all necessary parts, wiring and plumbing .fitted factory a/c .I bare metaled inside and out, repainted and dynamatted and heat insulation every where. I custom made the dash out of fibreglass ,the way I thought they should have been .I did all the work except the new seats which I had recovered by a so called expert which only lasted 3 months before they ripped along the seams .I had Dave from Annvid auto upholsterers Capalaba redo the seats ,2 years on and they are still perfect. @ knighty 440hp e9 is plenty all we do is change the torque spring to a 525 mechcanical more torque for the same fuel . @detective I did my apprenticeship as a spraypainter doing this type of work ,small shop everyone learns to do everything
