i have a L110 inter 5 stud drum brakes and im looking for some ideas on rims and some tips on removing the drum/hub assembly
1/ the 5 stud matched ford etc and im wondering if anyone can assist in what rims will fit the front hubs without the steering arm hitting the tyre. i just machined the inside of some old ford rims to bolt on to see the height. fitted without hitting the drum but the steering arm rubs on the tyres. any tips ideas would be appreciated.
2/ back left hub assembly has a large nut on the outside and b4 i go smacking things around to remove the drums /hubs i thought it best to ask if its a right or left hand thread as the wheel nuts are left hand on the left side.
your assistance is greatly appreciated.

You'll have to make a puller, unless you are in Briso, and I'll lend you one-

Are you using early or late Ford wheels.

The early wheels had more offset so would clear the steering arms better than the later (post AU I think) ones where the wheel centre was further outboard.

From memory, both axle nuts are right hand thread.
They will be hell to get the hubs off, but they will come off.

woah thats awesome, i had no idea what they looked like!
now i remember i had old screw holes but not as near many as this one.. also did the guy cleaned it up and put new/more screws in?

I think that's original, untouched, talking to the owner. It looks about right to me. I imagine there are production differences over the years.

Since these Inters had a compressed cardboard interior I have started to make up a 3 ply interior for my upholstery base.
I knocked up a couple of side inner panels after work today and will screw them to the cab and finish them off suitable for upholstery
