Hi,
had a seized engine in an old grey fergie. Was told to pour boiling water into the block several times. I did this and along with the wd40 down the plug holes I got the old girl to turn over and eventually run. It appears that the boiling water expands the block from the pistons, anyway good luck.

Beddy, the experts are telling ya the way to play...
get some spanners out and have a crack, and I reckon you could get another whole truck for about $500 with a running motor.... if you stuff this one.
Here is Beddy's truck....

not entirely sure why it was stuck but it freed up when moving it from the paddock to the shed, something to do with the gears as Dad was selecting different gears while my brother was pulling the truck with the tractor to get it rolling, we had the rocker cover off at the time as we had been inspecting it before dad decided to move the truck, anyway the truck started rolling then there was a small clunk and then the rockers started moving it turns freely now.
it needs some new seals and such but with the new carby and a new battery the 300 should start

Might have just been a stuck starter motor.

My MLK had a frozen engine when I got it and rather than free it up by force I decided to pull it apart and see why.
A number of the valves were frozen in the guides, about half of pistons had rings rusted in the bores, only about in 2 pistons the rings were free all the rest were stuck in the grooves, most of the lifters were rusted in their bores and the cam had surface rust all over the lobes.
There was so much sludge in the sump it was over the oil pump intake.
And more.
Thing is after stripping it down and cleaning everything up, honing the bores and lubing everything with assembly lube when I put it back together it started pretty much first go.
There are some things you can only tell if you open it up and have a good look inside.
