Pierre, Gday mate, I'll take a picci of the the spare hanger in the next couple of days for you, the springs are standard, i still have to re bush the eyes and do the king pins yet. No sand blasting, just a really heavy wire wheel on the grinder (wear gloves n glasses if you use one)

Thanks Sratcha, yeah looks like I'm missing the rear hoop & crossbars for my "K" model.

Had a bit on , working heaps, bloody train derails, inverters going kaput 
Never dull........But in my downtime

give the cab a cut n polish to see if itd come up ok, ill clean it now and hit it with satin clear.
converted the head lights to H4, heaps to do yet....

Thanks Harpo, i enjoy watching the builds too, (mine doesn,t have the attention to detail that ive seen in the past), but Im enjoying doing this at home anyway.
P.S My best mate is a marks too, I called him "skid" for a few years, His big brother is still known as "groucho"

Hi Scratcha, looking real good there mate. Watching with great interest. That's a nice "patina" finish.
Pardon my ignorance but what are H4 lights? You've kept the lenses, so are they now a sealed beam inside? Can you provide details.
Also, did you have to pull all the springs apart?
