After some help with what the two red lights are in this photo, the orange is alternator and blue is high beams but not sure of the two reds. The left one turns off after a few seconds but not the right one, that stays constantly on. As seen in second photo.
Our truck is a 74 1720A ex fire truck.

Does it have a 2nd alternator and battery system? (EG. Normal electrics and starting battery plus a totally independent 2nd system for R&B flashing lights, radios, pump controls, etc)

Beaver, that is my theory for the left one as it goes off when air reaches 2. My other theory is right is hydraulic as it is air over hydraulics brakes and once air is low I have no brakes.
Allen, no secondary systems on the truck.

Being red would mean that its for something critical. I would imagine the one on the left is for engine oil pressure if it goes out relatively quickly but the one on the right might be for low air pressure as 200 kPa (29 psi) isn't really enough for brakes. I would think about 400-500 kPa would be a more appropriate figure for the low air light.

There would probably be a "park brake on" light somewhere on the dashboard. This could stay on if the switch is faulty, I doubt it has maxi's?

G'day I reckon the one that won't go out is for low air press the switch could be either on the back of the gauge on on the treadle valve inlet ( may also be one there for brake lights)
