Inter motor no good done a ring or at worst a piston but have a good 318 and auto. Has anyone fitted this to an Inter and could tell me what I need and have to do. All advice or help appreciated.

Back in 1968 we wrote off a 575 series overnighter, and the mechanic put it straight into a smaller inter, (previously a 6 cyl). It was only off the road for two days, so I cant imagine that there was too much in the changeover.

Hi AB120 I was originally going to use a 904 auto behind the 318 in my little dodge but I've decided to run a manual box instead as far as an auto cross member goes I had plans to modify the manual trans mount to fit not a real big job as you've got plenty of room I intended to use the valiant rubber gearbox mount keep at it cheers Bryant ;)
