wheel hub nuts turning indefinitely

Hey guys I'm back at it again this time trying to dismantle the wheels to get to the brake cylinders.

Since my last post we've had the radiator repaired fixing the leak and giving it new hoses.

Replaced the starter, starts from the key now bye bye crank handle!

Evicted a rat from the front brake master cylinder/servo which are in the process of getting rebuilt.

Trying to get to the wheel cylinders to get them resleeved is a doozy, undid the wheel nuts, taken one wheel off, undone 5 of the hub nuts but the remaining 3 are turning indefinitely it appears the nuts inside have come loose.

Have been debating drilling then out but if I drilled the hub studs out can I get replacements? Is there another way to solve this problem?

Beddy, the Studs Are splined & are a hammer/press fit into the hub..
can you take the Hub off with the Wheel still attached?? either that or cut the nuts off from the outside.
I'm pretty sure the Studs would be fairly common & readily available..

Someone else might be able to suggest a Less rough way of doing It...
