Hi all
The timbers on my tray are ratty and rotten. Want to replace. What do people use? Can 16 mm plywood be used? Would need to put matting down for cattle but other than that.
Is on a C1600. Not sure of length. Perhaps 16 ft.
Thanks
Aaron

I agree with John K, formply (or formboard?) is very good, we had it on our ACCO tray. For carting stock early on, we had a piece of weldmesh the size of the tray, that we laid on before putting the stock crate on. We later permanently fitted new weldmesh to the bottom of the crate so that it all lifted on as one unit. Our last crate had a permanent timber grating floor in it.
The last few times i have bought any formboard, i have got it from Bunnings. It is nice stuff.
