Top and bottom are both fine, it's just the forward edge that's the problem.
It's as if the window isn't wide enough to fill the hole - but nothing has been changed. Same window, same frame, same door.
The frame is held into the door by four screws - top, bottom and two on the forward edge.
The frame is supported by 'pads' that are welded into the door. The position of these 'pads' dictate the shape of the frame. If the frame was grossly out of shape it wouldn't fit into the door and the screw holes wouldn't line up.
It's got me .........ed.

In this picture it looks like it is making the distance at the lower end on vertical piece of rubber

Might be just camera angle

Is it possible that the pivot point for the glass, at the top is in the wrong position?

No. The top pivot pin is definitely engaged in the hole in the top of the window.
