Thanks for that diagram, ill check it and compare.
This is a one owner truck, the owner had no idea about wiring, so it only has original wires, expect for 2 large main power feed wires. The main problem is, when something didn't work, it was repaired by a dozer driver, so there are a lot of cut off wires.
It has no headlight switch, somehow some of the cut off wires should control headlights.
Will investigate further.

Thanks for that, i will work on electrics soon, brakes are a bit more important.
I have screwed the bolts on the diaphragms in, to release the brakes.
I assume to activated the air diaphragms I just undo the screws until they a loose, with no air in the system?
The other problem I have is a PBR low pressure switch with a cracked diaphragm leaking badly. Can I get a diaphragm?
Or any other suggestions?

Thanks for that, its an adjustable pressure electrical switch. I think it just operates a light on the dash, which i think has a blown globe, bit more tracing when i have time.
Asked a few truck parts people about it, none have seen anything like it.
There are adjustable air switches for diff lock systems for about $30 on ebay.
Once I work out what it does I might use something like that.
Have a cap to block it atm.
Good old basic machinery works ok without everything working, at you own risk.
