Those little wheels do a good job. Not sure if they are made in various hardnesses and if colour has anything to do with them but I used some red ones removing paint on the fascia board of the garage. They wroked well but mine tended to wear out quick.
There was a thread somewhere a while ago but not sure which site that discussed this and there were some positive comments about them and yes as usually a couple of negatives.

Excellent honeycomb discs. Very cheap and don't harm the metal , like a sanding disc.

I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,
Now I find I can't do any work in this position!

I have found them very good but made the mistake of using one when I should have used flapper discs. They wear out about the same as a flapper but cost a lot more. I buy mine from Sunday markets at $15 each. Use them when cutting the metal would not be nice.

No need to pay $15 each. Several sellers on the internet. I reckon they cost me about $25 for 5. That is a disc that suits a 4 inch angle grinder.

Hi Guys,
Actually just reminded me that I've got one of those, never used it.
Think it's black. I'll give it a quick blast tonight and report back.
Same here, not sure if the colour denotes hardness etc.
