Quick play before I head off to work tomorrow.
Couldn’t find the fleece that I thought was in the garage, so played around with a drop cloth.
Fleece will pull much tighter with minimal sagging.

Coming along nicely and when you come to the front wall you'll find it a real advantage being able to move the cab out of the way. Is that 14mm or 16mm wood?
A weight comparison will be interesting later also, more power to you.

Thanks PDU,
Used 16mm board, so not too heavy.
Agreed, will be easier to shape the front, once I take it off the truck.

It will take me a few attempts to shape the rear how I want it, but a bag of plaster is pretty cheap.

Small steps, but hopefully in the right direction.

Expanding foam to fill the voids, then some plaster/vermiculite mix.

Thanks Paul, front was pretty straightforward, I know that I’m getting to take several attempts to get the back looking good.

can just see a couple of bits of rod that will become the shape.
