Perhaps a better photo showing gear stick location and number of bolts holding top on the box. I take it that it's the common 4 speed. Gear shift pattern
should be on the bottom corner of w/screen , drivers side. Dave.

Forgot to mention. The plate attached to the passengers door should give you the g/box and diff model.

Cheers Dave thanks for your reply.
I will add a couple of other pictures of the gearbox.
It's not the box out of the truck but an extra that came with the purchase of the truck
Tony.

At this point, if it's a 4 speed I'm going to say it's a T98 / T15. Predecessor to the NP435 which would normally be in your C1300.
I have one in my ASW120. Don't know if they ever came in C-lines, but certainly the previous model.
Jarrod.

Early C lines had the T98A,later C lines and Dlines had the T17...NP...obvious difference is the cast iron vs alloy top.............By the way ,both boxes have two versions which are not directly interchangeable 6cyl petrol ..vs ..V8petrol/Perkins.

The large (1") front bearing clutch shaft is for the two piece housing and six/ V8 petrol /Perkins............but not for the one piece housing on 1100./1200/1300
