I have no problem with the contact glue sticking, after all nearly every bit of trim on modern cars is stuck on the same way and you never see a 20 year old Corolla with the badges falling off.

Glue was different back then....  like try scraping off a 20 year old rego sticker off said Corolla.

Stunning resto by the way.

The correct type of windscreen seal for your truck is available from PJs Old-Era Services in NSW, link is www.oldera.com.au .
They have a great range of new restoration items for lots of vehicles on their well laid out website, always found them a good mob to deal with.
