Good news. while out in my old hometown, found this old dodge of the same era outside an old farm 3 blocks down from my old home, I left a note for the guy who lives there asking for parts off it, hopefully he gets back to me.

Interesting, the blue one is a 1939 Chrysler Sedan and the brown (rust) one is a rarer 1940 Dodge Coupe.

That guy at Truro has some interesting gear, he can be a bit erratic in his pricing though.

Really? the numbers and Richards plate would imply it's a deluxe 11 model dodge? still cools it's a 4 door, the interior was mint other than the spiders, engine and everything was there too, god I should have asked if I could work on it, but it was way too hot that day to work outside. ahh ahh bloody weather getting in the way

he Dodge D11S refers to the 1939 Dodge "Luxury Liner" series, a line of automobiles known for their styling and engineering, available in various body styles like 2-door coupes and 4-door sedans, powered by a 3.6L engine with a 3-speed manual transmission, representing a significant model from Dodge's offerings that year.
