With the greatest respect. I 'm not sure i would use that frame of water pipe to lift out truck engines. Just my thoughts. Dave.

I found out the dodge has a mid-type frame for a 1/2 ton truck.

however, it has 2-ton suspension.

and the frame hasn't been altered ether.

Also, I found out I'm wrong on it being a WH, it is a WF-32 160' wheel base.
