1964 Bedford J2 - parts

Hi Brians Trust!

Does anyone know of a good web resource for sourcing part numbers etc for Bedford J series trucks?    I've found Brad Dunn & ACW Spares but am having trouble finding a part number for a water temperature sensor sender.  I've also tried Trident but they only cover TK and CF Bedfords ~ 1970s on.

Cheers.

This should almost certainly work. More than likely correct thread but local plumber supplies with have thread adaptors.

I know nothing about Bedford J trucks. They may have used Smiths instruments . You might need a BSP or gas thread. If you have the old one, measure the threads per inch .

This mob might help.

If it is the wrong thread (but you should identify the thread in the block and order the correct sender on Ebay for the same price) you can get every possible adapter from thread to thread type. male/female either way to solve any fit problem.

Why would you pay $45 for a unit you can buy for $8. There is a chance it might even get to you faster.

Here is an Australian one for $12

Identify the engine, all (T)J trucks shared engines with TKs.
