Hi
a request from a newby.
I have new to me a 1951 AR 130 International pick up and need to do a bit of fine tuning etc.
Is there a source of info regarding Specifications and settings (for everything)
Ideally I would love to obtain a workshop manual for it or a web page that I can access.
cheers

Welcome to the forum. Can't help with the info but others will. That's one tidy little truck. I'm jealous.

Neat little truck !

This blue one belonged to a friend in town, he drove it down from Coonabarabran . The vehicle was then restored and after a few years , it was  sold back to a Coonabarabran local.

NOS parts were obtained from Spares Galore ( long gone ). New  pistons, could not be found so  pistons out of some other vehicle were substituted. ( I can ask if your interested)

Thanks Fellas
the good thing about this  vehicle is that all the work has been done. Just not driven for the last 8 years.
I did a 300km round trip to Manilla on the long weekend and found a fair list of things I have too attend to. Registered Friday morning and on the road to Manilla lunch time.
cheers

I'm thinking it would have had a Silver Diamond 220, T9 (crash) four speed and 4.88 diff (about 45mph). Many have running gear from later Inters.
A hot set on the valves reaps rewards in engine noise reduction.

Anything in particular you needed to know?

Cheers, Jarrod.

Thanks for your response
It has a synchro box (2,3,4)
Engine number ASD220 7123 so I assume its the 220.
I don't know the id of other components yet. Need to get it up on a hoist.

I have a loan (as of yesterday) of a 'Service Manual' covering AL & AR Line trucks which will give me most of the specs.

However I would like to know of the modern replacement for the oil filter. Any ideas what that is?
Perhaps there is a listing of other modern replacement parts?

cheers

The 4x4 130/1300 certainly had single option. Maybe the stud pattern was suitable for either or?

Here is a heavy 130 panel van. Apparently most panel vans were 120/1200 but the 130/1300  was not rare particularly on government service (Survey, mines Dept of Supply)
