G'day everyone,
This is my first post on here. I have been restoring a one ton truck called a Tempo Matador, its a front wheel drive volkswagon powered german built jigger....
I'm having a bit of trouble posting pics, so hope this works.
Pic of the beast

These where built by Tempo Matador in 1949 to 1951, there where less than 1400 produced with the volkswagon engine until VW built there own transporter and then Tempo Matador factory had to find other running gear. It was then Austin powered.
I hope to put some more pics up if i can get this sorted.

Cheers
Lewy

I seem to recall a bloke (Townsend) in my town with a van version. Don't know where they are up to with it

Lewy,

Very close for the posting of images!

When creating your post click on the image button. That is the 3rd from the left on the top line. Then between the two img tags paste the url of the photo! Make sure you don't change or modify the img tags.

You should end up with:-
Code:
[img]http://i774.photobucket.com/albums/yy27/lewy40/WallyandthecrazyTempo.jpg[/img]

which will give you:-

Main point is to reduce the size of the photo before uploading. Or the photo appears very big! And you can always use the preview button to see what it looks like!

My Grandfather had one for his glass & aluminium bussiness, I will try and find a photo of it.
He used to rave on about how good it was. (lol)
