The work continues...
The cab accessories are removed to enable repair and replacement.
Fittings are often difficult to remove after years of service..
Standard spanners ..are a waste of time in some instance.
Often, chassis bolts are rusted in too and will not let go..

No direct contact on the aerodyne project for me..
I am only the poster of the said rebuild...
A few of the boys thought it may be a good idea to keep you blokes in the loop with this one..
Just a bit of a of 'hands on' thread for a change..
I am on the final stretch of a project down here, thats been spread out over 2 1\2 years..
Nothing special, just been building up an old twinsteer for young Billy....
Stuey and i have been full noise on the fuel job though...
it has turned out to be a bigger job than we first thought..
We are working about a 500 mile radius now, but for some reason we don't end up with much in the drum at the end of the week??
Standby for the next installment,,

The boys will like this thread, he's hard at it today, I've never heard him cut a phone call short to work on a truck like he did to me this morning
Cam, I remember this thing running around Sydney as a rigid tipper, it was real rough. It looked like a tool box door had fallen off but the new owner informed me that it had had an aircleaner fitted under one sode of the cab so the tipper body would fit and the intake was through the tool box
Some play hard to get
