Looks like the boys at refurbatruck have it all under control,wheres Lorry Builder,maybe he will turn up at the last moment to pull you blokes out of the sxxt.Anyway,
WHATS THE CHASIS NUMBER! :( ;)

Well Angle...
I dunno if even Lorry would be able to pull this mess back into shape...
There are plenty of theories floating around the workshop..

Topic Variance:

Well Jimmy.....
in short...Arrrrr No...

You'll have to wait for the unofficial competition to start..
All the rules are still being put together..
There is a strict criteria for entry to the competition..
I think also in order to take out one of the many rewards...You will have to be at the show...

Stay tuned...there will be a new thread starting soon...

About Day 10..

The clock is starting to tick louder now boys!

chocs 8-)

Ok, all the necessary brackets are now fitted to the chassis..

As discussed earlier the rear of the chassis is being returned to the original 'prime mover' shape..

A new set of 'angles' are being made ready for fitment..
The angles are bolted to the outside of each chassis rail.
This provides a horizontal member for the turntable to be bolted to..

The next picture shows some of the masking to the chassis and suspension components..

Deep dish alloy wheels for the front..... :-/
Not really..the wheels are sometimes 'workshop' fitted this way, to enable a better access for painting etc..
Definately NOT for out on the road!

Work on the cab is coming along nicely..

'Daylight' doors on an 80's Aerodyne....
Hmmmm not this time.....
Take it away! ::)

About Day 11...

Been a busy day again today....
Apparently the days versus jobs ratio is starting to wobble!

chocs 8-)

This section of the loom has been checked and is being re taped ready for fitment..

As per the plan..the chassis was painted today...doesn't look to bad either, although i thought at one stage it was going to be Red? :-/
Then there was 'plenty of black there'...ok so black it is.. :-/
But blue is good... ::)
