I have an original 1948 Austin K2 - I would be pleased to receive any information on where to buy mechanical parts. I called at your Club Promotional Trailer at Bendigo Swap on Saturday 17th November.

Unsure how successful you have been to date re parts for your K2, but I do know that Ron Brooks from Brooksmetal in Broken Hill purchased two K2's (about 1952s) at a clearing sale in that part of the world in late September/early October.
He may still have them, I grabbed the diffs, one set of fenders (mud wings or whatever you call them) and a radiator cowling, but the trucks were basically in good nick for age and reasonably complete.
Otherwise www.abouttimespares.com.au has a selection of NOS bits.
