If I was going to resore a Foden ,I d go for the fibreglass bubble cab one ...at least they have standard Westinghouse air brakes .........there was one for give away a cpouple of months ago ,but it was in WA.

See my advert for a Foden 2-stroke engine for sale for any of you looking to restore a 2-stroke Foden.

I also have a stationary 6LX Gardner 150 that would suit a Foden restoration.

And my S20 8 wheeler is for sale. Ex Roberts, normal air brakes, air pre-select for the 3 ranges, 6LX engine running with a missing exhaust valve guide. Radiator has been totally rebuilt and probably worth more than the truck. Apart from the rebuilt water pump it is all very tired.

Im in Brisbane ,Wishart .......two back axles and four back springs are still there ,the front axle was new with new springs ..........unfortunately gone for scrap with whole front end. about five years ago now ......city council were insistent that I fill one scrap bin ,so the inspector could take pictures of it.......ended up filling three
