I have a 6LW on a heavy stand, with a radiator and Deutz cowl. The engine is missing the two 3 cylinder injector pump bodies. The engine has had the air intake hose removed from the manifold. The crankshaft has some movement but will not turn. I believe that one or more cylinder has grabbed with moisture but bottom end was free.
It supposedly was a runner when sold to the scrap yard, the alternator went for scrap and the injector pumps damaged by the scrappy.
I though it was too good to go to scrap so rescued it.
I am thinking I will remove the starter motor and maybe try and use it on an Ansaldo.

I am in Bathurst NSW. I am looking to swap it for something of interest of similar value (ie Scrap) or find it a home with a Garder fan.

I think the bare engine is about 750kg?, probably about a tonne as it is, I am happy to lift the engine off the framework and load or try and strap to a large pallet.

I would like to find it a home and I have no use for it.

Be a shame to see it on it's way to becoming another Great Wall ute.
Even if kept for a few spare parts, have to be of some value to others.
