Well done Bruce, who would have thought XP's would ever bring that sort of money. I'll have to hold onto the XD ute a bit longer.

Oilman, they are starting to bring similar money now for rust-free examples. There are people around who thing the XP is too old and slow for modern traffic with it's 80kmh cruising speed and too hard to drive. still I paid top $ for it in 1999 ($4200) as it was registered and roadworthy and spent about $12,000 on it in repairs over the years so it's not a bad return on a vehicle I purchased as a daily driver, not a hobby car
Having lived through a pandemic I now understand all the painting of fat people on couches!
